Most everyone that I know has a love / hate relationship with local TV spots. On one hand, they are frequently brilliant shows of low-budget ingenuity starring endearing entrepreneurs with no talent but plenty of enthusiasm. On the other, they get so played out you find yourself wanting to commit hari kari, especially near the end of the year.
